We Style
The initial step begins with a complementary phone consultation to establish your needs, assesses your options and plan for an onsite staging consultation.
The onsite consultation for an occupied residence consists of a walk through of the home with the home owner(s). A room-by-room assessment is performed; suggestions are provided, and action plan with check list is created.
We Stage
Occupied Homes
Based on the results of your consultation, you can choose which tasks you wish to tackle from the consult recommendations i.e. repair work, painting, removing items and furniture, landscaping and deep cleanings etc.
From there, our team can provide you with either a half day, full day or multiple days of staging options.
Vacant Homes
Our staging team can stage your entire home or just specific rooms. We work to create the ideal setting that appeals to majority of Buyers’ in your home’s demographic. This service includes delivery, set up of our furnishings and concludes with the breakdown and removal of all furniture and accessories. We recommend a two month rental to get you through the home inspection and Purchase and Sale dates of your home.
Vacation Rental Setup
Our team works with vacation rental owners to set up their new rental investment property or refresh and stage their existing property. We understand each rental property needs may be different so we offer a variety of options for this service.
