Bonded by the friendship of their daughters, Mary Ann and Maureen have remained friends, co-workers and now business partners for many years.

The Next Stage Interiors is the story of their combined pursuit to blend their business talents with their love of design. It is truly the next stage in their careers, doing what they love and helping others to achieve their goals

Mary Ann Cutler

Mary Ann not only has a profound love for design but she is the master of organizing deliverables, creating action plans and executing. Combine these skills and you have the perfect interior stager! Mary Ann has a portfolio of staging work that not only includes residential staging but spa/salon design as well.

Mary Ann comes from a family with over 40 years of real estate experience so she understands the importance of home staging to gain the highest market value for your property. Creative, detailed oriented with an eye for design, she is the one to get it done.

Maureen Tringale

Maureen has a long and prestigious career as an entrepreneur and business executive. She enthusiastically combines her love for the real estate industry and creative flare for design with her passion for business.

Renovation, re-design and re-sell has been the overall approach with Maureen’s personal investments in residential, vacation and commercial properties. With a special panache for home styling, she has also professionally reimagined, styled, and staged multiples properties. Her design portfolio continues to grow as she works with others to do the same for them.
